This "plushie" is an iPod case, as indicated by the headphones coming out of its neck...
You can even charge your iPod without removing it from the case!

This case features something new (for me at least): heat sensitive plastic covering the screen and iPod "wheel".

I sure can! All you gotta do is tell me the dimentions of your iPod (when you get it) and the location of the headphone jack (cuz apparently Apple can't make up its mind about where to put it).
Pictures of the model you have (when you get it) are helpful too!

All I did was put a design/physical reality to her idea.
