It is Jinx of Teen Titans! My first villian plushie!
*jenniecg commissioned me to make her alongside Kid Flash. I actually am very happy with how she turned out. I think she is my favorite plushie so far... I struggled a lot with her hair, but I think I got it down fairly decently.
At least I like her face!
