This is kinda like fanart... sorta...
the teentitans fangroup (teentitans.deviantart.com) is having a "make your own titan team" contest.
This is one of the first images I have of my character, Ace (tentative name - please suggest a better one!!)
He's a fairly cocky young boy with fire powers that he has limited control with. his main "power" is the ability to ignite things at his will. however, he is not resistant to fire and often winds up burning himself in battle. His gloves and clothes are, for the most part, flame retardant. however, if he tries hard enough and loses control, he can incinerate them as well as himself. The bandage on his right cheek, his gloves, and his knee pads cover scars from such a mishap. I'll upload a picture soon depicting said a traumatic event.

You could call him Trauma. That's a badass name and it describes what he can do to others and what happened to him...not to mention it's badass!
